Every raw material lot is tested for moisture, protein and aflatoxin before it is accepted off the truck. Failed lots are rejected, not blended away.
An NIR analyser gives us protein, fat and fibre readings in minutes, so problems are caught during production rather than after.
A sealed sample from every batch is retained for the full shelf life, so any customer query can be traced back to what actually shipped.
Bulk and cooperative buyers receive a test report with every consignment. You can answer any question a farmer asks you.
The Science We Formulate Around
A ruminant is not one digestive system but two working in sequence, and most feed problems come from formulating as though it were one. Whatever the rumen microbes break down is theirs; only what survives reaches the animal. That single fact drives every decision we make.
We hold 30–40% of crude protein in rumen-protected form so it is absorbed in the small intestine rather than excreted as ammonia.
Sodium bicarbonate buffers and live yeast keep fermentation stable under heavy concentrate loads, preventing sub-acute acidosis.
Chelated minerals bound to amino acids absorb through protein pathways — several times the uptake of inorganic sulphates and oxides.
Uniform grinding and ribbon mixing mean the last scoop from a bag matches the first. Segregation is a silent quality failure.
